Delivery Drivers

Expecting a toy delivery? Here's what you need to know:
- Toy deliveries will be dropped off by volunteers between 8:30am and 6:00pm
- A text message will be sent when your gift package is out for delivery
- Deliveries must be received by an adult or teenager age 16+
- Toys cannot be left at a neighbour's home, on the front step or in a lobby - someone must be home to receive the toys
- If you're meeting a driver in an apartment lobby, please be prepared to show identification to the driver
IMPORTANT: If you have moved or changed your phone number since you applied or need to make changes to your application, please contact us by Friday December 19th to update your information at 587-855-1649 or by email at support@santasanonymous.ca.
Please note - Santas Anonymous delivers toys for kids 12 and under, for information about food hampers or gift cards for teens please contact the agency you've applied to.
